Just because I got bored during work:
5. Break their necks -- possible the most dangerous because you have to get close to them to actually do the breaking. Plus, you'd have to be kind of strong to actually break a neck. Ew.
4. Sever the head from the neck/spinal column -- again, pretty dangerous. First, you have to get something sharp. Then, you have to get kind of close. But it'd be easier to kill them.
3. Flame Thrower -- Where on earth would you get a flame thrower?
2. Shoot them in the head -- Pretty easy. Just make sure you have ammo.
1. Have Vivian Johnson with you -- Dude. It's a known fact that Viv pretty much scares everything. This is also true for zombies. As long as you have Viv with you, zombie pretty much run in the opposite direction and throw themselves off cliffs or into fires. She's the ultimate zombie-killer.
